By visiting our store and purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We’ve written these terms as clearly and warmly as possible, because transparency is the foundation of our artisan community.

1. Our Handcrafted Nature & Pricing

  • The Beauty of Handmade: Every item sold on AureoPets is individually sculpted by human hands using raw botanical willow and rattan. Because of this slow-craft nature, no two pieces are perfectly identical. Minor variations in size ($1\text{--}5\text{ cm}$), slight splits, or organic color shading are natural traits, not manufacturing flaws.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our store are dynamically updated and include applicable taxes within the EU framework. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products based on the seasonal availability of our natural wild materials. We promise we will never change the price of an order you have already placed!

2. Accuracy of Orders & Billing

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This might happen if a raw material suddenly becomes unavailable or if we detect a potential risk of fraud.

  • As a pet parent shopping with us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (especially your shipping address and email) so that we can successfully guide your pet's new bed to your home without delays.

3. Third-Party Friends (Payments & Shipping)

To bring our creations to life and deliver them to your doorstep, we partner with trusted global and local services:

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with a secure e-commerce platform.

  • Your payments are encrypted and processed through trusted gateways.

  • Your packages are handled by reliable couriers (like InPost, DPD, DHL).

    By purchasing from us, you also agree to respect the terms of these third-party partners who help us complete our journey to your home.

4. Intellectual Property

We pour immense creativity, time, and heart into designing our pet furniture, taking our own photos, and writing our stories. All content on aureopets.shop (including product descriptions, titles, images, and logos) belongs strictly to AureoPets. We love it when you share our work on social media, but please do not copy or use our material for commercial purposes without asking us first!
