As a dedicated artisan workshop, we don't use automated robot chatboxes. When you reach out to us, you are speaking directly to a real human who cares deeply about your experience.

Our hands are busy weaving and packing from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET).

  • If you message us over the weekend, please enjoy some cozy time with your pets while you wait—we will get back to you first thing on Monday morning!
