At AureoPets, every basket, cradle, and cave is sculpted with the hope that it will bring pure joy to your home and a cozy sanctuary for your fur baby. We pour our hearts into every woven branch.

However, we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Maybe your puppy grew a bit faster than expected, or your cat decided they preferred a different style. Don't worry—we are pet parents too, and we are here to make things right with a warm heart and an easy process.

🏡 Our 14-Day "Peace of Mind" Guarantee

In line with European Union consumer warmth and protection laws, you have 14 days from the day your package arrives at your doorstep to decide if it’s the perfect fit. If you wish to return it, you don't need a complex reason—just let us know!

✨ How to Ensure a Smooth Return

Because these beds are made from raw, natural materials and are meant for the health and safety of other pets, we gently ask that returned items meet these conditions:

  • The bed must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, beautiful condition.

  • To keep our future furry customers safe from allergies, the item must be completely free of pet hair, scratches, canvas stains, or scents.

  • It should be packed safely back in its original packaging so it doesn't get hurt on its journey back to Poland.

🌿 A Gentle Reminder on Artisan Authenticity

Before sending an item back, please remember that our products are woven by human fingers using raw botanical willow and rattan. Minor splicing joints, slight splitting, uneven natural color tones, or tiny broken twigs are not defects.

They are the beautiful, unique birthmarks of true artisan work—the proof that your bed has an individual soul. They never compromise the strength or safety of the bed, but rather give it that cozy, rustic character.

📦 How the Return Process Works

  1. Drop us a line: Send a friendly email to our team at support@aureopets.shop within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Ship it back: Once we guide you on the return address, you can ship the package back to our workshop in Poland using your preferred trackable courier. As a small artisan shop, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

  3. Receive your refund: The moment your return arrives home and passes our quick inspection, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed immediately, sliding back onto your original payment card within 5 to 10 business days.

💔 What if it Arrives Damaged?

We pack our creations like precious glass, but couriers can sometimes be a bit rough. If your package arrives broken or damaged from transit, please don't worry!

Take a quick photo of the damaged box and the bed, and email it to us at support@aureopets.shop right away. We will personally ensure a brand-new replacement is rushed to your doorstep, or issue a full refund immediately—completely on us.
