Welcome to the AureoPets family! Every piece you see in our shop isn’t just a product—it’s a labor of love, woven by hand with natural wild willow and a deep affection for our furry friends. When you buy from us, you are bringing a piece of the Polish forest and true artisan warmth into your home.

Because our creations are made with real hands (not factory machines), here is how we gently guide your package from our cozy workshop in Poland to your doorstep.

⏳ Artisan Preparation & Crafting Time

We know how excited you are to surprise your pet! Unlike other handmade shops that keep you waiting for weeks, we work tirelessly to keep our process lightning-fast:

  • Ready to Fly: Your pet's new favorite bed will be meticulously hand-finished, quality-checked, and safely packed within 1 to 3 business days from your order.

  • A tiny note: We rest our hands on weekends and Polish public holidays, so orders placed then will be crafted first thing on Monday!

🚚 From Our Workshop to Your Nest

We ship directly from Poland across the country, to all EU nations, and our neighbors in Ukraine. Because we want you to have total control over how your package travels, you can select your preferred shipping courier at checkout.

Here is what you can generally expect once your package leaves our hands:

  • Poland: 1–2 business days (We love InPost Lockers for quick pick-ups, as well as DPD/DHL home delivery).

  • European Union (EU): 3–7 business days via Standard Shipping. If you are in a rush for a pet birthday, Express options (1–3 business days) are available at checkout!

  • Ukraine: 5–12 business days. We send our packages with a lot of love, though please keep in mind that customs processing at the border can sometimes add a few days.

💰 Shipping Rates

We don't believe in flat, unfair shipping fees. Your shipping cost is calculated dynamically at checkout based on the exact size of the basket you choose and where you live. You pay exactly what the courier charges us—no hidden fees.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties (For our friends outside the EU)

  • Inside the EU: No extra fees, no hidden taxes. What you see at checkout is all you pay.

  • Ukraine: Because Ukraine sits outside the EU customs zone, your package might occasionally be subject to local import duties or customs fees upon arrival. These small fees are determined by your government and are the responsibility of the pet parent.

The moment your item is handed over to the courier, we will automatically send a magical tracking link to your email. You’ll be able to watch your pet's fairytale sanctuary travel in real-time, every step of the way.
